The apartment was one of the early residential units of Bengaluru with an NRI owner living in the USA which needed a complete revamp to be able to be rented out. The tiles and skirting were changed, electrical and plumbing was changed, the unkept and overgrown garden was cleared and the fixed woodwork façade were redone to give the apartment a fresh look
