A residence built 25 years ago needed Mangalore tile roof upgrade along with a peculiar monkey menace causing constant tile damage. Protection from this became imperative. The broken tiles were replaced and the leaks were sealed. The entire roof structure was repainted and a layer of metal grill was then added to prevent any further damage, painted to camouflage with the tile itself
