The project is within the residential home of the present home minister of Karnataka. The floor is completely sound proofed from any noise spillage into the other areas of the house for uninterrupted functioning of the residence and party office

The design is based on Maori art form from New Zealand incorporating Whakairo carving, Raranga weaving, Ta Moko tattooing and Peitatanga painting. The art form has rich cultural expression with a spiritual incline that continues to be used even in today’s times
