The building serves as a dedicated call centre, featuring administrative and training sections on the ground floor to support the operations above. The above floors are for tele-callers with extremely high noise clashes with multiple tele-callers (175) talking simultaneously.

Ergo, the design is curated for high noise insulation, allowing each caller to be audible to their respective customer efficiently. The need for drinking water is also paramount for the job. A water point, rest room and meeting rooms have been incorporated into every floor in the scheme

Most tele callers are freshers. The interiors are designed for the age group with burst of colour, yet easy on maintenance
